Role: Creative Director, Wirestone | The story: SunCom worked with the Wirestone digital team to create a brand consistent web experience to educate consumers on plan and product features while, increasing conversion rates, gross ads, and improving ARPU. Beyond those goals, SunCom was positioning itself for buy-out by T-Mobile. While overseeing the digital Creative team all goals were achieved through an overhaul of SunCom.com, including the development of a new Ajax-driven phone comparison tool and multiple weekly/bi-weekly web only promotions.
